The assemble_coadd module is already pretty long, and is expected to become longer with the addition of cell-based coaddition task. Moving the CompareWarpAssembleCoaddTask to its own module is also convenient when it gets refactored in DM-38630.
Composition allows to switch easily between AssembleCoaddTask and the upcoming AssembleCellCoaddTask.
This is in anticipation of a cell-based coaddition task, to limit the warps to the cell's bounding box.
