In preparation for kleisauke/wasm-vips@a59e5e3. If this causes issues (not expected), we can instead build the static Wasm libraries with
--disable-wasm-eh.Marked as draft, since it depends on the commit mentioned above (you cannot mix Emscripten EH with Wasm EH, i.e. all object files must be compiled with
-fwasm-exceptions).
