Brief: Added script to load BGL logs

Implemented method load_BGL if file format is csv with the necessary BGL structured log pre-processing steps
Update requirements.txt file with library scikit-learn instead of sklearn
Created a BGL folder under data and uploaded a csv file BGL_2k.log_structured.csv
