Introduces nextest for running tests in CI. Advantages:

  • Non-E2E tests run in parallel
  • No more internal feature for enabling E2E tests (now done with nextest profile)
  • Failing E2E tests are automatically retried
  • GitHub Actions reporting: see tests results without going into run logs
