Fix battery status logic for CHARGING and PENDING_CHARGE states Previously, PENDING_CHARGE was unreachable due to duplicated condition checks. This separates the logic so both states are handled correctly (i hope).

Previously, PENDING_CHARGE was unreachable due to duplicated condition checks. This separates the logic so both states are handled correctly (i hope).
