• Fixes Unit label kph should be km/h (SI unit) #8036
• Removed myself as the maintainer of the weather@mockturtl applet and updated CODEOWNERS
• Clean build instructions
• Make hourly weather day (Mon, Tue, etc) text bold @tottoszsolt
• Fixes [Security] ReDoS vulnerability in weather@mockturtl applet via luxon@3.2.0 (CVE-2023-22467) #8155
• Fixes weather@mockturl - service error #8160 (comment)
• To support new Met UK API provider-specific key fields are added (keys are remembered for each provider that needs it)
• Make GeoClue optional for getting location automatically
• Make IP-based location detection provider configurable

This PR also enables better provider-specific options for the future (like #7609) and in turn the possibility to select weather providers per location.

I started using linuxmint/cinnamon#7419, at that point the Cinnamon version was 3.6.7 so I'm hoping it's compatible with 3.8. I lost the Linux Mint 18 (or 19?, the first one with 3.8) iso so I can't really test it anymore - not that people should be using it but still.

@jonath92 Nowadays I only log into my Cinnamon session when I need to work on the applet, it's only fair to remove myself to allow others to step up if they like, especially because I don't do much with it.

I can still help anyone who wants to work on it though

Makes sense. I really appreciate your contributions – especially introducing Typescript.
It didn’t just help me significantly with the Radio Applet, but also greatly supported me in learning Typescript itself. I still find it quite disappointing that Typescript is used so little in Cinnamon, and I really hope that this will change in the future.
