Hello again! Here's another batch of updates for the Simple Timer applet.

Features:

• Add custom notification message setting
• Enable mouse scrolling over clock digits to adjust timer

Fixes:

• Slightly larger clock font size for readability
• Prevent clock digits from overflowing outside their StLabel wrappers
• General styling cleanup
