Retire — Debian 10 is EOL and this guide documents an outdated Drush installation method using a deprecated Git clone workflow tied to Drupal 8 era tooling. It depends on other obsolete Debian 10 guides and does not reflect modern Composer based Drush installation practices. Replacement content is needed for Debian 12, Rocky/AlmaLinux 9, and Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 to align with current Drupal 10/11 workflows.
Related work: PR #7334 updates OS installation content. While it does not replace this guide, it may serve as a model for future modernization efforts.
