Laurence/improve clj kondo hook

This PR updates the defstyled clj-kondo analysis hook to improve two things:

• Previously, the ornament defstyled with a Fn part, the output of the hook is wrong. It only output the (fn ...) not (def fn ...)
• It enable the :lambdaisland.ornament/invalid-syntax as warning level.
