To help with latency, I fixed issues we were having with other times of request transport in our middle layer and the Lambda Feedback Python library.
The changes for the evaluation function are minor, changing the Dockerfile to use RPC and stdio message transport instead of file.
From my testing locally:

Cold start - 1s
Warm start 385ms
File
Cold start - 4.72s
Warm start - 3.49s
