This removes a flagged vulnerability from the pinned dependencies. It does not change any code.
On discussion with @julianstirling we have not added a version constraint to
pyproject.tomlbecause the problems of tightly constrained dependencies outweigh the benefit of forcing downstream code to be up to date.
