Move sdk from lib/sdk.js (CommonJS) to sdk/index.mjs (ESM) and register
it as a local package dependency. Users can now write:
import { getCloudEvent, emitCloudEvent, getTracer } from 'sdk';
This mirrors how python314 users do `import sdk`.
User function calls are now wrapped with gevent.Timeout so requests that exceed server_call_timeout return 408, matching python312 behavior.
