Short-term fix. This does prevent us from sending CCs if we decide that we want to do that.
Email code needs to appear before the return statement. Also, added information to message.
Never mind: the accommodation form does work. You have to restart Python on the production machine.
Classes for past sessions appear in session archive pages. Future sessions are hidden. The information about each session was hardcoded, but now it now comes from the session's entry in the database. Also, templates hande local navigation as blocks, and we show more information in the <titles> of pages.

the page /classes/staff/ has links to staff and registrations for a session. the previous incarnation is returning a list of *all* registrations ever. which is not only not helpful, but also timesout on our server
