Without this section about makeBaseApp.pl script, when asked to create an application with the standard EPICS build system, it manually will create the files instead of using the script.
- Add three skills for PVA client, server, and IOC integration using the pvxs library (new PVA implementation and eventual successor to pvAccessCPP). - Rename epics-pva-client skill to more descriptive pvAccessCPP-client.

I found that when using the
epics-moduleskill, the LLM will try making the EPICS app by manually creating all the files instead of usingmakeBaseApp.pl. I added a section the the epics-module/SKILL.md so it knows to use the script.epics-pva-clientskill uses pvAccessCPP implementation. I added skills for the newer pva implementation pvxs, and renamedepics-pva-clienttopvAccessCPP-client.On an unrelated note, I wonder if it might be good to move this repo to https://github.com/BCDA-APS?
