Setup so that API calls go to the same host as the SPA Webapp. That host then reverse proxies those calls to some other API Server.

Updated path to upload files.
Dockerfile for image build of the application running `http-server`. docker-compose.yaml will build and run the image as well as an nginx proxy to reverse proxy /api requests to a backend.
Simple single stage Dockerfile to allow externalization of the build process and more importantly test runs whose output can be processed later in the CI pipeline.
Added Dockerfile and docker-compose.yaml
