- Refactored `SqliteStoreBuilder` to include methods for updating packages in existing databases and building databases from scratch when necessary. - Introduced `buildOrUpdateMultiLanguageDatabases` combining database building and updating for English, French, and Hebrew. - Enhanced `ApplicationsQueries`, `App_categoriesQueries`, and `DevelopersQueries` integration to streamline database operations. - Updated `SqliteStoreExtractor` to utilize the new `buildOrUpdateMultiLanguageDatabases` method.
