Refactored `generator` and `storegenerator` modules into `generators/policies` and `generators/store` directories for better organization. Updated corresponding paths, build scripts, and task definitions. Introduced `runGenerators` task for running both extractors. Adjusted GitHub Actions workflow and module configuration to align with the new structure.

Introduced `JsonValidator` to validate JSON policy files. Added Gradle task `validateJson` for validation, updated `ci.yml` workflow to include JSON policy checks, and enhanced README with instructions for using the validation task.
