#97 Implements a working version of Blind 75 for the project

Nice, but I would prefer to have a button inside Problems menu, this button would open a picker with available custom lists (eg. blind75) hard coded somewhere (should be easy to add them), then choosing an entry from that picker would show picker with available tags from that collection, after choosing a tag, a full problem list picker will be shown.

Having these custom lists and tags on tui side would make navigation painfully slow
