) Adds the 4th solution row to the repo-root Solutions table. POC framing preserved (no production overselling); cross-link to the solution folder README; components column lists the canonical artifact set (table, env var, both flows, 4 topic YAMLs, solution scaffold, 3 scripts, MDA).
