Replaces the R1 placeholder README with the comprehensive solution README per Saul charter §README.md and v5 plan. Sections: POC framing, Architecture (ASCII flow diagram from consumer agent through tool flow + child flow to cr_agenttrace to the MDA), File Map, Quick Start with cross-link to docs/maker-guide.md, Key Design Decisions table (D1, D2, D5, D6, D7, D8 highlighted), Extension Points (12 items as cited in the acceptance criteria), What This Is NOT (D6 explicit scope discipline), Native debugging stack cross-ref, Power CAT + Skills plugin cross-refs. Per D9 the Quick Start time is honestly disclosed as ≈20 min first-time / <5 once tools installed. Closes #19 Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
