What kind of change does this PR introduce?
This PR improves the Go back/Go next navigation buttons by preventing layout shifts on hover and overlapping, especially on smaller screens. The hover interaction now feels smooth and consistent across all screen sizes without affecting the surrounding layout. Overall responsiveness and visual stability of the navigation component are improved.
