According to the docs [serial_baud_rate](https://www.pololu.com/docs/0J71/6\#setting-serial-baud-rate) the address for the serial baud rate is 0x05 not 0x06

Fix odd result for serial baud rate
the documentation states that the offset for serial_baud_rate is 0x05 and not 0x06 as defined in the settings structure.
I have changed the value according to docs. The device now returns correct value for set baudrate.
