softprops/action-gh-release@v3 runs on the Node 24 Actions runtime; if this workflow is ever executed on GHES or self-hosted runners that don’t have Node 24 support yet, this release step will fail. Consider confirming runner/runtime compatibility (or using the last Node 20-compatible v2.x line) before merging.
