I've updated some links (for example for the autodl-irssi comunity version) and some modules (rtorrent/libtorrent, rutorrent, autodl-irssi, xmlrpc-c, curl, libsigc++).

Added Webmin updated links. I've also updated some links (for example for the Autodl-irssi comunity version), some modules (rtorrent/libtorrent, rutorrent, autodl-irssi, xmlrpc-c, curl, libsigc++) and enabled "show_peers_like_wtorrent" plugin for rutorrent.
