- Remove the dotnet-style references - I'll keep using the paket integration since that is what the msbuild (github) build uses

- Bump yaml version (fix warning about security vulnerability) - Bump nuget version to version compatible with dotnet test runner - Big ripple from bumping nunit as both FSunit and Fake needed updates - but not too new since those have other incompatibilities - Re-run paket install to fix up projects, but added a Directory.Build.targets to override the auto gen it keeps putting in there as it generates a warning with dotnet - Note paket also updates the visual studio projects when `paket install` is run, but it breaks those so I did not check in those changes.
