born-local NUMA preliminary implementation
Refactor NUMA support in ring_loadables, updating structures and functions to handle NUMA-specific logic and optimizations.
Refactor NUMA-related structures and functions, update event file descriptors, and improve memory management for NUMA nodes. Consolidate TLS optimizations and enhance the core lifecycle functions.
Restored missing configuration parsers and improved NUMA handling.
Added global_scanned to SharedState and improved limit tracking in the scanning process. Enhanced safety for multi-architecture bitwise operations and EOF handling.
Refactor NUMA handling and auto-discovery functions. Update global_num_nodes to reflect allocated nodes and ensure proper pinning of processes to NUMA nodes.
Refactor DEFS variable to use an array format for better readability and maintainability.
Allocate file descriptors based on the global max workers instead of per-node max.
