Fix/local games

This adds a few features I needed:

• Refresh local storage (fixes Downloaded apps not appeared when moving download directory #26). Downloaded games were not updated if save path was changed after being downloaded.
• Adds a small label showing the local path if downloaded
• Adds a filter to show only downloaded games

Disclaimer: I'm not very good with Typescript so I had help from Cursor, did my best to double check and most of it looked good, local test worked as well.
