Important fix as per comment of dotn at https://forums.unraid.net/topic/103334-firefox-sync-server/?do=findComment&comment=1021494 this is a crutial fix for:

SYNCSERVER_ALLOW_NEW_USER -> SYNCSERVER_ALLOW_NEW_USERS

SYNCSERVER_DEBUG_ENABLE added.
