INSTUI-5050

ISSUE:

  • In v1 of Select, the text cursor sits inline with the selected tags and only moves to a new line when space runs out. In v2, the cursor sometimes jumps on its own separate line, regardless of available space (this regression was introduced by this PR fixing the disabled icon states

TEST PLAN:

  • go the v11.7 version of Select and set the width of Multiple Select example to width="30rem"
  • select 'Federated States Of Micronesia' , 'California' and 'Arizona' in that order
  • check if after selecting 'Arizona', the cursor does not jump to new line like in the latest 11.7 version
  • TextInput examples should be unaffected by this change
