This update some ruff ignores: adds
RUF067, fixesRUF022andRUF012.Because
RUF012was aboutClassVardefaults and whatnot, this also touched a bunch of typing annotations. Mostly in the tests forextra_int_eq_data(plus some extra stuff that seemed easy to fix).
