i wanted to add some comments 'bout UnlockAdvancedFeature. im not entirely sure why i added it, but around 3:56 am it seemed like a good idea

I noticed that C1API could benefit from additional documentation, so I added an initial wiki page for the Leveling system. More wiki content will be added in the future.
