In the Android Settings app:

press "Apps & notifications"
press "Advanced (at bottom of screen)"
press "Special app access"
press "Battery Optimization"
switch list from "Not Optimized" to "All apps"
find Icecondor in the list, and tap on it
select "Don't optimize"
press "Done"
