Changes

  • Renamed planned-funding-and-tokenization.mdfunding-and-tokenization.md
  • Funding is mechanism-agnostic — no prescribed payment technology or funding mechanism. Prospective and retroactive funding both supported.
  • Funding tracking via org.hypercerts.funding.receipt — three scenarios: onchain, third-party oracle, self-reported (with counterparty verification). Disclosure is voluntary; funders can remain anonymous.
  • Tokenization is optional — hypercerts can be wrapped in onchain tokens for programmable funding. Locked vs mutable claims. Single-wrap constraint prevents double counting.
  • Expanded example — added retroactive funding stage (second evaluation after two years)
  • Terminology — replaced 'frozen' with 'locked', standardized 'onchain'/'offchain' without hyphens
  • Updated cross-references across 9 files and navigation.js

I'm not yet happy with it, but let's merge it, and we can improve it further from this version
