I'll admit that I'm having trouble with pip install to run the test cases, but I think all references to their text2text, translation, and summarization tasks and evaluators should be removed now. |

Closes #741, as well as the changes I noted that occurred in https://github.com/huggingface/transformers. I haven't had the chance to check if these changes work just yet, so I have marked this as a draft/[WIP].
