@yuanzhou This was a pretty messy PR, git history was kinda weird. Locally I had disabled a bunch of stuff I needed to bypass some s3 stuff, but I made those changes to my local main. moved them to a separate branch so the name was disable-s3. Ended up doing the config tweaks in that branch, had to go back and forth since my git history was all messed up, I think i got it right now. If there's anything i messed up let me know and i'll fix it.
