  • Removed Cabal files from .ignore
    • QUESTION: Was it intentional to have it there?
  • Used hpack to create warp-grpc.cabal

Thanks! not it was probably not intentional.

I'm in the process of rebuilding some automation to help with building (and one day releasing) more streamlined way. I hope to be on my gRPC-related repos starting in a week or so (plus some extra lag as I've to unclutter/clarify issues and pending prs).
