This PR adds @indietyp as an assignee alongside @TimDiekmann for most renovate PR categories, including linters/test packages, GitHub Actions, Docker, Rust packages, tools, and dev dependencies. It also adds @CiaranMn as an assignee for Sentry npm packages.
