- Add Contribution Guidelines page and route (/legal/contribution-guidelines)
- Add ContributeCard component and include it on the homepage; update CTA styles
- Add contribution section to README and include page in sitemap
- Mention Sentry in Privacy and Terms for error monitoring purposes
