- Add new public leaderboard page at app/(public)/leaderboard/page.tsx
- Fetches leaderboards from Supabase and handles error/empty states
- Renders board list with links, BackButton, CTA for unauthenticated users, and Footer
- Add "View All Leaderboards" link and mb-5 spacing to RecentLeaderboard
- Add Leaderboard link to site Footer
