This PR adds the fiber connector type specification to the Adtran SDX 611 ONT documentation by filling in the previously empty "Optics" field with "SC/APC".
Changes:
- Added missing line number "19" to the Optics row in the hardware specifications table
- Populated the Optics field with "SC/APC" connector type
