Resolved by merging origin/master into this PR branch and fixing the conflict in .github/workflows/ci.yml while keeping both updates (julia-actions/cache@v3 and julia-actions/julia-downgrade-compat@v2). Addressed in commits 3479ac4 and 0bedb67.
