BigFrames presently uses
db_dtypes.JSONArrowTypefor the local JSON dtype. However, our long-term goal is to transition topa.json_when pandas 3.0 is released because of a known issue. However, thepa.json_was released by pyarrow 19.0.0 and available with a struct/list dtypes. Hence, this change is now supporting for this feature and will ultimately simplify our documentation of the JSON dtype.Fixes internal issue 445529690 🦕
