Removes the SessionPool and related classes and deprecates the SessionPoolOptions class. This simplifies large parts of the code, as the only possible code path is the use of multiplexed sessions.

grpc-gcp is likely to repeatedly select the same channel if multiple requests are being sent at the same time. This caused the ChannelUsageTest to (randomly) fail, as it executed multiple requests in parallel. The test is now changed to execute the requests sequentially to trigger random channel selection.

This means that the number of sessions that is observed on Spanner will be much lower, as each
DatabaseClientonly creates 1 multiplexed session.
