execute PHP code for each component

# execute PHP code directly (don't forget to escape `$` for bash
./dev/google-cloud component:execute "copy('SECURITY.md', \$component->getPath() . '/SECURITY.md');"
# execute a PHP
./dev/google-cloud component:execute copy_file.php
