Well, now this version number feels fake. The solution is obviously to add more features to get us to 1.24. That or pull a Microsoft and skip straight to version 10 /jk |

This was overlooked in 71c288e (#39).
This didn't cause any problems that I noticed, but I thought it was odd that the github actions weren't using the version advertised in the readme.
