This was overlooked in 71c288e (#39).

This didn't cause any problems that I noticed, but I thought it was odd that the github actions weren't using the version advertised in the readme.

Well, now this version number feels fake. The solution is obviously to add more features to get us to 1.24.

That or pull a Microsoft and skip straight to version 10 /jk
