da: refresh translation and let Gemini translate the first 500 entries

Inspired by #2809, I asked Gemini to translate the first 500 entries. I think it did a pretty good job, though I had to fix a few things.

Hey, yeah, I would be in favor of this :)

Basically, with the new cool translation tools we have (such as cloud-translate which I wrote years ago, and now LLMs), I think machine translating the course makes sense. Fixes can then be done on top of this, as needed.

Do we even need the partially human-created translations now? I'm honestly not sure... but that's probably a debate for somewhere else.
