feat: 添加vite依赖并实现copy-spec.js脚本

添加vite作为开发依赖，用于构建工具链优化。同时将wireit的copy-spec命令从简单的shell命令重构为使用Node.js脚本实现，提升跨平台兼容性和可维护性。

脚本copy-spec.js实现了JSON文件的递归复制功能，并添加了错误处理和日志输出。
