Turns off the HASH check completely so an incremental OTA always passes the check.

Maybe put this one in just for OTAs...

It fixed
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::invalid_argument'
for me.
This is only tested on Incremental OTAs and appears to work.
Of course, you probably don't want to do this if you're doing a normal payload extraction.
Course code, but it works.
HASH checks were turned off, the original project never worked properly.  It does now 8/2021.
