It fixed terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::invalid_argument' for me.
This is only tested on Incremental OTAs and appears to work. Of course, you probably don't want to do this if you're doing a normal payload extraction. Course code, but it works.
HASH checks were turned off, the original project never worked properly. It does now 8/2021.

Turns off the HASH check completely so an incremental OTA always passes the check.
Maybe put this one in just for OTAs...
