I have a few comments but I think it could be done separately:
- extend todcs on observability with all sections (gw/ctrl/etc) and annotate them with comments
- add warning about big amount of metrics sent by default which can cause big bill in grafana cloud
- annotate targets example too
- rename telemetry → observability
- move o11y config fabric config to that new page?
