  Enabling this flag also changes the format of client side .data requests from /_root.data to /_.data when navigating to / to align with the new format. This does not impact the request pathname which is still / in all cases.

React Router package versions mismatch causes incompatibility

The react-router package was updated to 7.12.0 while @react-router/node, @react-router/serve, and @react-router/dev remain at 7.9.6. These packages are part of the same React Router monorepo and are released together with matching versions. Other test applications in this repository keep all React Router package versions synchronized.
